Clients agree when using our website, email or phone they are to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions
By Supplying your email address you permit GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs to contact you via
email
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs will promise never to supply email or any other client details to
any third party.
At all times, the driver will drive safely and responsibly in accordance with conditions, traffic
flow and speed limits.
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs will always do their utmost to ensure the client will arrive on
time. Clients will be understanding that the company cannot accept responsibility for delays
caused by circumstances out of our control, for example road traffic accidents.
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs have a strict no smoking policy inside the vehicle.
The contract undertaken on all bookings is between GGAC LTD t/as GF Chauffeurs and the
client/passenger.
GGAC LTD t/as GF Chauffeurs is responsible for both accepting the bookings as well as the
provision of the transportation service.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle
on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any valeting or if necessary any repair
required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to
return any lost goods left in vehicle to the client/passenger.
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However
customers properties are carried entirely at their own risk and GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs
will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
Payments
All invoices to be paid to GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs within 28 days of date of invoice
unless otherwise agreed
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs reserve the right to suspend customers access to travel
chauffeur service until payment is received in full.
Bookings
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs are a TFL licensed private hire vehicle operator as such we only
accept booking requests for chauffeur travel directly from our clients/passengers, our
chauffeur cannot accept a booking request. Please only book using the website

Any liability in relation to the transportation service belongs to GGAC Ltd t/as GF
Chauffeurs.
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs reserve the right to cancel any booking with a
client/passenger.
All bookings are subject to availability
All bookings must be confirmed by email
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours they will not be charged
If a booking is cancelled by customer within 12 hours they will be charge full amount of
booking.
If the client does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point will be
charged in full
Complaints
CONTACT US
If the customer has any complaints regarding the chauffeur the customer is encouraged to
contact GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the
occurence.
GGAC Ltd t/as GF Chauffeurs will amicably find a solution to each case once the booking has
been carefully looked into.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Clients statutory rights.
